Pick a good spot for your Voast video booth — we recommend an area of high visibility, but away from loud music or speakers!
Follow our simple video booth setup instructions: just twist on the legs, connect the screen, plug in the light, and you’re ready to record!
Each guest will walk through the prompts with the guided experience on-screen, intuitive enough for ages 8-108 to understand.
So easy, grandma could do it… Setting up a Voast video booth only takes about 5 minutes from start to finish.
Each unit comes in a Pelican case with simple visual instructions and direct contact information to our Voast technical staff to help you through any unforeseen day-of curveballs.

Your footage is stored locally, and also immediately uploaded to the cloud, so our editors can get to work right away.

Preserving the memories you never want to forget is about more than just capturing footage, it’s about telling an incredible story. Each one of our editors has been trained to weave together a story arc out of Voast footage. If you’ve ever tried video editing yourself, you know just how much of a challenge this can be. Leave it to us to get you timely video edits that artfully convey the best of what your Voast collection has to offer.
Voast offers two editing options:
STORY EDIT
The Story Edit is for those of you who are excited about getting Voasts from all your people but are dreading having to figure out what to do with them. The Story Edit takes all your footage and strikes the perfect balance between showing a little bit of everyone and highlighting all the best bits in about a 3 minute video. Our video editors start on this work as soon as your video booth is returned to get your edit complete in under 30 days.
PRO EDIT
The Pro Edit is for those of you who already have a specific vision for what you want your Voast collection to look like and need a dedicated editor to pull it all together for you. This option provides you with up to 20 hours of a senior Voast editor’s time during which you can interact directly with them to craft whatever vision you may have for your Voast edit. This may look like integration of your custom graphics and branding or use of a particular soundtrack you’d prefer.
YOUR MEMORIES, HIGHLIGHTEDAll of our packages have the option of professional editing from experienced video pros, so you will get the best clips ready to share.

Your guests can now instantly receive their personal videos or photos from the booth.
After recording their message, guests can choose to input their phone number into the booth’s simple interface. Once entered, they’ll receive an SMS text message containing a link to their media. This way, they can download, view, or share their special moment right from their phone—no waiting necessary!
